Hanumanasana Flow



Awesome Class
This is a great class that opens up your quads and hamstrings so you can get into your deepest splits. I'm a runner and this class worked wonders for my hips.

Just an amazing class!
I love this class, and have started doing it every week. I have quite tight hamstrings and quads, and more than any other class, this one opens them up. Though I am still several inches from achieving hanumanasana, I don t stress about it at all because of Jackie s excellent instructing. I love Jackie s classes. They are the perfect balance between strength, flexibility, heat and relaxation.

I can do the splits!
Moving into this particular asana can be very intimidating for a student. And while I have been a practitioner of yoga for 7 years now- I haven't been in too many yoga classes that lead the student into this posture. Jackie's guidance into hanumanasana is so fluid that you reach the apex pose with such grace and mindfulness that you can't even believe it when you're there! This class has been so much fun for me- challenging myself with compassion and ease. Highly recommended!
