Excellent story about an interesting "alternative" school
Excellent story about an interesting "alternative" school which was almost shut down simply because they don't conform to the prevalent rigid educational methods. They *are* odd in that their idea is to provide children with an enriching environment in every aspect rather than only teaching to a set of cookie-cutter academic assessments. God forbid.
Refreshing School putting people (students) in charge of their own learning and destiny!
These children didn't have fear of adults and they were articulate, intelligent and responsible...They were powerful in the face of adversity...I so wish I had gone to a school like this one.
